The Harmony People Network is a support initiative for HR, IR and related professionals, established three years ago and is becoming one of the fastest growing and most popular HR communities in South Africa. Currently boasting almost 1500 members, consisting of professionals in various industries and profession. As part of the network we have Executives, CCMA commissioners, Advocates, Attorneys, Business Coaches, Students, Interns, Payroll Specialists, Transformation Specialists and the like, all being part of a fast growing community. Our aim is purely to create a support mechanism for HR professionals.

Our primary communication vehicle is whatspp based, with a chapter in each province. On these platforms we meet up, ask & give advice, with specialists often adding value through consultations, zoom meetings and the like. We have a strong business community, advertise business on the platform, case law reviews as well as a strong display of fresh available vacancies. Don’t forget our resources! We make available our resources in the Harmony Google Drive with loads of resources, documents and templates for you to use as well as the national vacancy register.
